I’m a 53yo male, NON smoker and NON pet owner, and want the same in potential housemates.
I have a budget of $1300 total with utilities.
Preferences for:
Laundry in building, safe, reliably available parking, 1 housemate, minimal political clamor, tho I’m comfortable disclosing I “lean” left.
I’d prefer to live among informed people who want a peaceful home, but I’m down for some fun as well.
I’m not against marijuana but don’t want to smell it constantly; I don’t partake anymore….
However I can relate to some bohemian tendencies; I’m an art fan, I make music, and also follow pro sports somewhat.
To live with more than 1 other person, I’d want costs to be below $1000, but I can be sold on quality and location.
Regarding location, I’m not interested in highly congested areas, preferring closer to 128 belt over inside rt 16.
My focus is metro north west.
I’m openminded but not into noisy party people.
Ideally, I’d like to get on the same page with 1 person to search for a nice place.
