Flex/Part-time Housing (Mon-Thurs) – September Start (Harvard Square Area)

Harvard researcher looking for part-time bedroom/housing starting in September.
You: - Have an extra bedroom – ideally with desk/work space by a window - Don't want the turnover of Airbnb or the full-time presence of a housemate, but wouldn't mind renting space to a part-time tenant - Live near Harvard Square (or somewhere easily accessible to T) About Me – I: - Need accommodation near campus for Mondays to Thursdays, twice a month (maybe three times) - Start a new research position at Harvard in September (but my family can't relocate immediately) - Am clean, quiet, and responsible - Want a clean, tranquil space with good natural light - Will not be in your space 70% of the time (only in town ~10-12 nights/month) I'm flexible on price for the right situation.
