ROOM WANTED , 59 Year old male ( Truck Driver)looking to rent a room (Medford, Arlington, Woburn, Malden)

55 year old male looking to rent a room in Winchester, Woburn, Medford, Malden, Somerville, Stoneham, Arlington and Cambridge.
i work full time as a Truck driver and I Never plan on retiring.
I use a cane to walk but I can walk without it.
I would consider other cities or towns as long as they are not too far from Medford because that is where our work office is.
Would really need to rent a room that is on the 1st floor or a place with an elevator
