Looking for a dog friendly room to rent (Boston)

Female (40+) looking for a room to rent at the end of April 2024.
Would very nice to have a private bath.
I do have a small 10 pound dog who will be with me.
Looking to rent for about 6 months but could be longer.
Place must be clean, neat.
I do not smoke, but do drink occasionally but not excessive at all.
I will be working full time outside of the house during the week.
Would prefer a female roommate, calm demeanor and respectful, non smoker, not an excessive drinker.
