Looking for a roomie (North Chelmsford)

Im a single guy who has 2 cats looking for a room mate who can be responsible, reliable, and friendly.
I currently live by myself in an extension of the house i grew up in, but times change and im ready to move out of my dads.
Im a nice person, i use cannabis, i have many little things i like to do to keep occupied and well, but would love to split rent with a fellow human who can be a nice room mate to me and my cats.
Im working with a lot (i can put in over a grand just on my side for rent- i have ssdi) for my share of the cost.
I want to join forces to live somewhere in the area of where i already am: westford.
