I’m 53, employed FT M-F (go to office), non-smoker, fairly regular guy with some reasonable standards, looking for a roommate situation, preferably with 1 person.
I have a car and would prefer off-street pkg, but at least a safe quiet road.
I want laundry in the building or better yet in unit.
