In need of room $700-$750 (Hingham, Weymouth, Hull, Hanover, Rockland, Scituate)

Hi.
Looking to rent a room for at least 700 to 750 per month.
Utilities included would be nice but not a deal breaker.
Anywhere on the South shore is acceptable.
I am quiet, clean and keep to myself.
Reliable income and really good credit score.
Daughter in college.
Prefer non-smoking but it's the case by case basis.
I do prefer a month to month lease just in case either party wants out.
However my intention is to stay for a few years since I do not like the hassle of moving.
