Looking for a female roommate to take over this private room! Close to BC! (Brighton)

Hi guys!! My roommates and I are looking for another female roommate to take over an empty room! It's about 15 minutes walk to Boston College lower campus.
The monthly rent is $1500.
Its newly renovated with most equipments and appliances being brand new.
Electricity, Wi-Fi, heat and laundry unit (in basement and operates with quarters) is included (utilities included)! The room for rent also includes a separate personal office space next to the room! (First two picture shows the room and the third pic with the carpeted room is the private office that comes with the room).
It’s a 2nd floor unit, right in front of Rogers park with a quiet neighborhood.
There's many restaurants and convenience stores within 10 minutes walking distance super assessable! Move in date will be ASAP! I am a undergrad at BC and 2 other girls are all full time students and are working around Boston.
We are super easy going, and clean! The area is super safe and convenient! There is easy accessible parking right next to the apartment.
