What You’ll Do as a Property Manager
Manages the day-to-day operations of the business and provides a collaborative team environment.
Manages cash and balancing receipts, pursues collections, posts payments, and processes daily bank deposits accurately and timely.
Sells/upsells high quality retail merchandise such as boxes, locks, tape, and other moving supplies.
Ability to maximize sales objectives with each prospective customer via the phone, web, or in person on location.
Recommends and implements marketing strategies based on competitor information and your own great ideas.
Identifies customers’ needs and provides solutions that will contribute to their storage experience.
Responsible for general maintenance of property grounds.
