As a Property Manager for the YMCA of the North Shore, you will help support our housing operations by overseeingbusiness procedures and regulatorycompliance while creating an inclusive and safe environment for residents.
The Y servicesover 500 individuals and families throughout the North Shore.
We are currently seeking Property Managers to serve in our Beverly location where we have 67 SRO units.
On a regular day, you will manage all financial transactions including but not limitedto payment processing, cash reconciliation, rent collection, follow-up on delinquencies, updating accounts using program software,supporting the move-in and move-out of residents, and collaborating with housing and facility maintenance teams in meeting theneeds of our residents.
Additionally, you will manageresident meetings, create newsletters and resident communications, ensure compliant apartment entry processes, and conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds, coordinating follow-up with appropriate teams.
To thrive in this role, you have a strong understandingof affordable housing including the Low Income Housing Tax Creditand recertification processes.
Youhave experience working with diverse populations and proven abilities to build strong resident relations.
You are a skilled problem solver able to respond appropriately to changing situations.
You can prioritizeand complete tasks following a deadline.
This position requires light travel and a flexibleschedule allowing some evening or weekend hours based on resident or applicant needs.
