Located in the Back Bay, we manage a wide array of clients and provide an expansive range of services from daily property operations to large-scale replacement and maintenance projects.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are currently searching for a multi-tasking Residential Property Manager.
Successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills and must be outcome-oriented.
The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment with strong attention to detail is essential.
This position may require work performed outside of the office; ability to stand, travel short distances, and freely move throughout buildings should be possible.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive and provide general support for clients by fielding telephone calls and emails; dispatching appropriately and directly assisting with inquiries.
Oversee the full-cycle leasing of rental units including agent listing, application review, lease compliance, renewals, and deposit management.
Maintain current and timely processing of financial components such as entering and approving payables, budget review, and accounts receivable.
Coordinate project-based work flow by procuring vendor proposals and service appointments, arranging access instructions, reviewing scopes, and following up on results through full job completion.
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, meeting materials, presentations, memos and emails.
Provide general administrative and clerical support including but not limited to: mailing, scanning, copying, filing, and data entry.
Assist in meeting and appointment coordination, and calendar management.
Additional tasks as required.
QUALIFICATIONS & CORE COMPETENCIES
High school diploma or equivalent.
Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with customers and internal departments.
Needs to be observant with a strong sense of urgency, good common sense, and problem solving skills.
Sharp attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with superb accuracy, prioritize, and achieve deadlines under pressure.
Must be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times.
Proficiency in computer use including Microsoft Suite.
Willingness and an aptitude to learn new tactics and procedures is a must.
ASSETS
Previous experience in scheduling procedures is a positive.
Some college coursework or business vocational school education is helpful.
Previous experience in a property management environment preferred; residential condominium environment is ideal but not required.
Bilingual/Spanish/Portuguese/Mandarin is a plus.
