Qualifications:
To receive a real estate license candidates will need to complete a real estate sales program offered by an accredited learning institution and pass a state licensing exam.
Responsibilities:
Must have a real estate license and have experience selling real estate.
Become an MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and Realtor Member.
Able to demonstrate and self-manage your business for prospecting, negotiating, and communicating with clients of residential and commercial properties.
On-point and responsive with clients and customers.
Utilize technology, computer, printer, scanner, email, cell phones, and applications.
Willing to receive training and one on one coaching and support check-ins.
Must display strong interpersonal skills and possess a customer service mindset.
Adhere to HFM business policies and regulations.
