Your Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant will work onsite at our corporate office in Wellesley, MA.
The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
You will be a part of an administrative team and work on a variety of projects for all departments and properties as needed.
The team facilitates a large remote work environment, making them the point of contact for in-person related business.
You will answer phones, respond to emails, organize and sort mail, process housing applications, handle large print jobs and mailings, order supplies, prepare correspondence and reports, run errands, and other tasks as assigned.
Your Qualifications
Previous administrative experience is preferred.
Property management and/or real estate experience is a plus.
Strong MS Office skills are required.
Experience with Yardi is a plus.
A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required.
