Work you'll do Support cross functional internal and external teams with Configuration Management (CM), Product Tech Data Package handling, and data rights efforts Review and determine the acceptability of technical assertion lists as they relate to Government requirements around design, production, management, re-procurement, maintenance and use of product Provide support with Statements of Work (SOW) and Performance Work Statements (PWS) pertinent to data rights Recommend approaches for acquiring, licensing and managing intellectual property Advise and assist stakeholders on Intellectual Property matters (patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, technical data and computer software deliverables, and associated license rights) during the acquisition of assets Develop and implement IP policy, IP strategies, IP processes, and IP best practices in the areas of law, contracting, acquisition, program management, sustainment, logistics, engineering, financial analysis, IP evaluation and valuation Evaluate current and potential projects through financial modeling, forecasting cash flows, calculating financing capacity and determining project risks and mitigation strategies Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on projects and proposals Support the practice on expanding by responding to proposals and other internal initiatives The team Deloitte's Government and Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology, and outcomes-is designed for impact.

Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or another business-related field Ability to obtain and maintain a secret and top secret level security clearance Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 4+ years' experience in configuration management for digital and software engineering assets Experience with IP matters (e.
g.
, patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, technical data and computer software deliverables, and associated license rights) during acquisition and sustainment 2+ years' experience working with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clauses related to data rights, patents and copyrights Experience with acquiring, licensing and managing IP Ability to write functional, non-functional, and technical data requirements Travel up to 40% on average, based on work you do and the clients and the industries/sectors you serve Preferred: Technical and/or financial advisory related experience in areas such as project finance, infrastructure, and real assets Law or Master's degree The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,000 to $207,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
