Job Description
Lead global efforts to further enhance and standardize all activities related to maintaining bank accounts and associated banking portals
Responsible for all external and internal Treasury-related compliance activities (internal and external audit)
Manage annual insurance renewal efforts and associated day-to-day tasks
Support the consolidation of the 13-week rolling direct cash flow forecast on a monthly basis
Monitor the company’s daily cash position and assist in the execution of daily cash management duties
Monitor debt covenant compliance and prepare related calculations and certificates, in accordance with debt agreements
Collaborate closely with and support Legal, FP&A, AR, AP, Accounting, and other teams, as needed
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
HS Diploma or GED required
Preferred Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in finance, accounting, or economics; MBA, Master of Finance, or CTP a plus
Must be exceptionally well-organized and detail-oriented
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Responsible, flexible, and highly motivated self-starter with impeccable integrity
Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing, rapid-growth, fun environment with multiple projects and tasks
