*Albrecht Auto Group *has an immediate opening for a Payroll Specialist to join the Human Resources team!
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for the accurate processing of payroll including weekly and monthly bonus payrolls, onboarding new employees, benefits administration, and adherence to all State and Federal DOL laws.
This position requires Payroll and benefits administrative duties and constant communication with managers and employees.
ADP and Employee Navigator experience are a plus.

*Responsibilities:*
The Payroll Specialist performs a variety of payroll and Human Resources tasks related to the efficient processing of weekly payrolls and monthly bonus payrolls.
Detail oriented Professional that is good with numbers and proficient with ADP Payroll Software, Employee Navigator, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Processes all new employees, terminations, rate changes, deductions, etc.
in ADP Workforce Now.
* Compiles payroll data such as hours worked; bonuses, and commissions; monies to be withheld for taxes; employee contributions to insurance and retirement plans; etc.
, from time sheets and other records.
* Updates master payroll records by verifying and recording changes affecting net wages such as federal and state tax exemptions, insurance coverage, etc.
, and data concerning compensation increases, promotions, and/or transfer of employees between departments.
* Computes wages and deductions, reviews and ensures accuracy.
* Keeps accurate records of leave.
* Maintains records for PTO balances.
* Maintains current records on all employees.
* Posts and reconciles sales commissions.
* Runs weekly payroll reports.
* Ensures all payroll transactions comply with state and federal regulations.
Requirements
* Must have 2 years payroll experience.
* ADP Workforce Now knowledge is a plus.
* Meets all deadlines and able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks.
* Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality is a must.
* Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
* Maintain confidentiality.
* Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
* Understanding of payroll and benefits policies and programs.
* Excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate in person, over the phone and in writing as well as strong interpersonal and customer services skills.
* Ability to work with all levels of staff though-out the organization required.

Pay: $25.
