Seaport Family Office Team comprehensive financial management services, including financial reporting, expense management, investment tracking, and insurance review, to high-net-worth individuals and families.
As a Family Office Bookkeeper you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
* Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
* Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
* Assist in Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
* Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
* Provide administrative support to the family office team.
* Collaborate with the team to improve financial processes and procedures.
Requirements:
* Experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
* Experience with QuickBooks
* Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High level of integrity and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:
* Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
